Eating Fiber May Ward Off Diabetes or at least help keep it in check. Consuming lots of fiber, as part of a healthy diet also keeps your blood sugar and cholesterol in line. But it's tough when you have a sweet tooth. I know moderation is the key to everything, but sometimes nothing is as filling as a piece of bread!
