New Study Points Out The Obvious: Excercise Helps Diabetes Patients

Regular excercise (30 - 60 minutes per day) is something all of us should be doing, but especially if we have diabetes or have family members who are diabetic.

New research indicates that persons with Type II diabetes can benefit greatly from excersise, since three-fourths of people who develop Type II also have or develop heart disease.

Excercise apparently protects the heart of all patients studying, including those both physically fit and overweight.

One more reason to excercise!!
